WHAT OTHER MOM'S HAVE TO SAY

  • Natalie provided a safe and supportive environment to explore the incredible but challenging journey of motherhood. I attended one of her workshops on time management and was left encouraged to fill my tank first and , rediscover the hobbies I once loved . I have internalized and taken great comfort from other moms sharing their stories and am grateful for Natalie’s frankness and warmth.

  • I want to start off by saying how much I enjoyed your workshop and how truly I look forward to your Wednesday “BeMoreMom” emails. Your messages are simply inspiring and I absolutely LOVE your drive, sensibility, unwavering words of encouragement, and virtual support.

  • When I’m having my craziest day; when I feel like I’m drowning in the seemingly never ending demands of family, work, home, etc., I take a breath and think back to your words wisdom that it’s okay if everything is not perfect, that it’s okay to say no, and most importantly, that it’s okay to take time for “me” and do it guilt free. Thank you for that!

  • Natalie’s approach is gentle yet powerful, and she has a genuine way of connecting that made me feel understood. What stood out to me most was her expressiveness; she has a knack for articulating complex thoughts and emotions in a way that resonates deeply. Through the session, I felt empowered to tackle challenges across different areas of my life, from family dynamics to professional responsibilities to school involvement like PTA.

  • One of the most valuable lessons I learned from Natalie is the importance of incremental progress. She emphasized that every step forward, no matter how small, is a significant achievement. This mindset shift has been transformative for me, as I now approach each day with a sense of optimism and resilience.

MEET YOUR MENTOR, NATALIE

I am Natalie, founder of BeMoreMom, and a Brit living in New York. By day, I am a lawyer, and I have three children and two dogs.

After feeling lost once my first child was born 13 years ago, I started on a journey of rediscovery and self development, little by little, day by day, to reclaim and redefine who I am, within and outside of being a mom.

Part of that identity is taking control of our day so we have time for ourselves. As a mom, so many things demand our time and if we plan and prioritize, we can be calmer, happier moms.

Your questions, answered

You can feel good again. You can create breathing room. You can show up fully for your family and yourself.  You don’t need to continue feeling like you are running on a never ending hamster wheel.
