Corporate workshops for women who want to work well, live fully, and give themselves grace.

Women are juggling a lot.

Work. Home. Families. Deadlines. Expectations.

And somewhere in the middle of it all, themselves.

Working women are expected to lead at work and carry the load at home - often without the knowledge, permission, or time to do either well.

The result shows up on your team as burnout, disengagement, and turnover.

Wellness workshops are a direct investment in your company's output. They help to improve employees’ productivity and focus, while reducing absenteeism and attrition.

WellJuggled provides practical, research-backed workshops that give working women tools to be more present at work, manage their time, set better boundaries, shift unhelpful mindsets and take care of themselves - so they can show up fully at work and at home.

One workshop. Four key concepts. Built around your workplace.

Boundaries

Practical tools to protect time, energy, and focus - at work and at home - without damaging relationships or reputation.

Mindset

Reframing the internal narrative that drives overwhelm, so women lead from clarity and confidence instead of guilt and comparison.

Time Management & Priorities

Real strategies for managing competing demands - juggling deadlines, meetings, and everything waiting at home - with less friction and more focus.

Self Care

Sustainable habits that fit into a full life, not another item on the to-do list.

Workshops can be delivered as a single session, a half-day intensive, or a multi-part series - tailored to your team's needs.

Every workshop is tailored to your team’s size, goals, format and schedule.

WellJuggled workshops are built for:

- HR & people teams building out wellness or ERG programming

- Women's leadership councils and affinity groups

- Companies investing in retention and engagement for working mothers and women leaders

WellJuggled workshops are grounded in real experience, not theory.

I am Natalie Hermon, an attorney, mother of three, and leadership and coaching veteran who has lived the juggle I teach.

For over 15 years, I have led teams, coached leaders, and helped women find clarity when everything feels like too much.  I have taught time management, mindset and self care to thousands of women globally, from stages to living rooms, and I have invested in my own growth through countless courses and books.

The next generation depends on us, and right now many women are burnt out, overwhelmed, and less productive and fulfilled than they should be.

Why WellJuggled?

What women are saying:

“One of the hardest parts of being a working mom is the overwhelming feeling of trying to get it all done. Natalie’s strategies are digestible and actionable, and the supportive mindset shifts really make a difference. It’s a must for every woman looking to balance it all without second guessing herself!”

“I had the pleasure of attending one of Natalie’s workshops recently, and it was an incredibly positive experience. Her approach is gentle yet powerful, and she has a genuine way of connecting that made me feel understood. What stood out to me most was her expressiveness; she has a knack for articulating complex thoughts and emotions in a way that resonates deeply.”

“Through the workshop sessions, I felt empowered to tackle challenges across different areas of my life, from family dynamics to professional responsibilities to school involvement like PTA. One of the most valuable lessons I learned from Natalie is the importance of incremental progress. She emphasized that every step forward, no matter how small, is a significant achievement. This mindset shift has been transformative for me, as I now approach each day with a sense of optimism and resilience.

“When I’m having my craziest day and I am drowning in the seemingly never ending demands of family, work, home, I take a breath and think back to your words of wisdom - it’s okay if everything is not perfect, it’s okay to say no, and most importantly, it’s okay to take time for me and do it guilt free. Thank you for that!”
